Hotel is close to the city center like 10 min with Uber and also 15 min away from the airport .. they also arranged a shuttle to airport and go-bus station Even the mountain view rooms had a sea side view Stuff was very helpful helped in organizing trips and activities They accept payment in Euro & Dollars and they have small change and it goes according to the the bank

Quality ultimately depends on the service and the commitment of the employees. Here the reception is the focus for all matters. Hammam is one of the most empathetic, extremely service-oriented and helpful employees I have ever met. On all my business trips, I have rarely had the opportunity to meet such ambitious employees as him. Even in the high-priced segment such as the Hilton, Radisson, Marriott, Hyatt or Barons, the employees can still learn a lot here. Honest friendliness and professionalism at all levels characterize Hammam and thus also the name of Shellghada. I sincerely hope that this review will also be noticed at higher hierarchical levels. Nice small hotel that provides basic facilities for good price, rooms are clean and comfortable, beach is also small but clean and perfect for swimming and accessable for eldery people. staff are very friendly and helpful. Nice basic continental breakfast is served in rooms, but we preferred to have it in the shared terrace ovrrlooking tge beach. No swimming pool, but it was ok for us.

Free breakfast was great! There’s a lot of options and the dining area was clean and beautiful. Staff was amazing! Always smiling and conversational. They were attentive to to our needs! I highly recommend this to my friends from the Philippines!

It's about 15 min away from Hurghada airport. We stayed only 1 night (because of late plane landing), before moving to a resort in Makadi Bay next day.So, the Hotel looks good (maybe it was renewed/reshaped a bit lately). Had everything we needed.It has a small beach (not sure if included or not - did not use).Breakfast was good, found a few things to eat, had a coffee.

Very friendly and courteous staff whether at reception, in service, housekeeping or in the restaurant. Good selection of breakfast and freshly prepared egg variations

I loved that the hotel was in walking distance to restaurants and had access to the beach and a beachside restaurant. The area was quiet and the staff was super accommodating when I had an excursion returning late and allowed me to check out later.

The hotel was new, clean and the staff were very cooperative. Would recommend it to anyone.Good value for money. The private beach is clean and not crowded
